Do you have a shop to view samples?

We have been home-based crafters since 2015.

Fixed an appointment only if you're interested in purchasing, we take time off to serve & prepare samples for viewing.

We could fully utilize the time to speed up for others waiting patiently for the keepsakes.

We like to keep to this flexible way where we can save the trouble of traveling to work which might affect the crafting mood, and the focusing on crafting. 

Why should I trust you over other sellers who are active in marketing their products?

We have been crafting breast milk, hair curls, umbilical cord keepsakes Since 2015. Human & pet ashes Since 2016. We are probably the first keepsake artist in Singapore to handle human & pet ashes to customise them into beautiful keepsake jewellery.

Unlike others, we are not good at marketing, we usually get our clients recommended by their family and friends.

We are well known for our good quality, workmanship, and customer service.

Now, ask yourself. Do you trust a business that started their business Since 2015 or a business that started 202x?

Why are you still using resin when some artists mention that it will turn yellow and sticky, while "glue" is much better?

Resin aka Epoxy, I believe you should have heard the word "epoxy" somewhere...Hmm ya, epoxy flooring is very famous. Have you ever heard of glue flooring?

I can only say, that the experience, passion, and research done by the artist are not enough, over a hundred brands of epoxy around, they choose to experiment with those unreliable, cheap, and not lasting resins to craft on your precious INCLUSION.

If you're a sincere artist, please spend more time researching & more money to buy reliable resin from a better brand instead of cheap china resin. Don't pollute the keepsake artist industry by manipulating and misleading people.

Waiting Time

Currently, our waiting time ranges from 1 month to 4 months. (Avg. 2.5month)

Those who know us know that our keepsakes are handicrafts with love & passion.

We patiently complete each order one at a time and only craft by Annabel.

Please do not compare us with other businesses that hire a team for your precious keepsakes jewellery.

How long is my purchase valid?

All purchase validity is for 6 months from the date of purchase. 

If you need more time, do not hesitate to dm us.

Why does my keepsake jewelry appear different from the picture?

Picture for illustration purposes only, the outcome of each piece of keepsake will differ due to the differences in the colour of texture of your breastmilk, umbilical cord and, hair, fur, cremated remains.

Due to different lighting and camera, colour may vary.

Every keepsake jewellery end product may appear vary, as they are all handcrafted with Passion & Loved, which makes it unique, you wouldn't find a same piece. Please understand that every keepsake is handmade and no exact position/placement/colour can be made.

Refund Policy

Apologies that we do not provide any refund once orders are confirmed & purchases made. 

We take pride in our product & our quality time serving you.

Please check with your religious practices before you make a purchase. 

No refund will be made in the event of lost mail, misplaced inclusion, forgotten to send inclusion to us. However, you may transfer the credit to your family or friend within the purchase validity

Shipping

For Local shipping, we use Smartpac from Singpost. Proof of mailing will be provided.

Courier services are available.

We welcome self-collection too. Strictly by appointment only.
